qcomicbook was recently updated to 0.4.3. also i've tested it on non-multilib amd64 (profile "default/linux/amd64/2008.0/no-multilib" ) and it seems to work properly. i've built it by staring with usual standard amd64 stage3, by switching profile to non multilib and updating everything to ~amd64 (which pretty much rebuilt everything) i'm not sure about reasons for masking it. profiles/features/64bit-native/package.mask only says about "Mask packages that rely on amd64 multilib" non-multilib amd64 tests are relevant to current portage version (0.4.0). sorry for 2 issues per one bug. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. make a non-multilib amd64 system 2. unmask and install qcomicbook 3. test it on some comicbooks. Actual Results: it builds and works without issues on non-multilib amd64 system extra info will be provided if needed
Since this bug seems to be about requesting a version-bumb anyways, I would like to add the following: qcomicbook-0.4.4 has been released, see http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?action=content&content=19509 Qcomicbook 0.4.4, to the contrary of 0.4.0, actually seems to work when opening my archives, while 0.4.0 freezes on 99% of the zips and rars that i have spread across my disks... 0.4.4 installs with renaming the ebuild, on ~x86_64
0.4.4 committed to portage. Adding amd64 arch team for no-multilib testing and unmasking.
