ePDFView has only a few strings translated to Russian currently. There is a ticket in bug tracking system upstream dedicated to complete ePDFView's complete Russian translation. The translation is quite undergrade but at leas it now exists.
Tarball with .gmo and .po files attached to the entry pointed in URL.
