MPD 0.15.3 has been released on August 29, 2009.
User visible changes are:
 * MPD doesn't re-read unchanged container files anymore
 * faster tag scanning for Vorbis files
 * fixed audio stuttering bug
This should fix Gentoo bug 282634. Follow URL to read release notes.
