joy2key-1.6 has a problem parsing its own rc file. My rc had just a 
common block and a valid -thresh line. Joy2key responded 
"Not enough arguments to -thresh". This is evidently not the same 
parsing bug that the changelog said was fixed in 1.6. Upgrading to 1.6.3
fixed this problem. There were alot of distro patches merged in this
release and it looks like they fixed up a bug that noone had reported.
Please stable joy2key-1.6.3 and consider removing the
previous versions.
