fceultra-0.81-r1 was the last version in portage to work with gcc-2.95 and it was removed in the transition from app-emulation to games-emulation. Ok, I added the fceultra-081-r1.ebuild ebuild back to portage and fixed the default-1.0 profile so that it won't try to upgrade to the new version. This should be fixed up now.
