Fetch fails for libpcap-1.0.1-20090812.tar.gz, and package is missing from mirrors.

The mirrors seem to have a libpcap-1.0.1-20090616.tar.gz that was modified 8/29/09.  Typo maybe?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to emerge the latest libpcap "emerge libpcap" with ~arch set
2. 
3.

Actual Results:  
fetch fails, emerge fails

Expected Results:  
fetch succeeds

There's no libpcap-1.0.1-20090812.tar.gz in http://www.tcpdump.org/release/
