Bug 28297 – Botched dependencies for epsxe, pcsx, and pcsx2

The ebuilds for epsxe and pcsx refer to dependencies in app-emulation  that have
recently been moved to games-emulation. Suggested solution: change references to
app-emulation to games-emulation

I try to run pcsx and I get that error:
