Description James 2003-09-09 11:21:11 UTC
dev-perl/Tk-TableMatrix fails to compile.

Solution: -
conflicts with "dev-perl/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.15"
Removing dev-perl/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.15 from my system cured the problem.
Can someone please add appropriate information into the dev-perl/Tk-TableMatrix
ebuild, to tell the user that it conflicts with ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.15

Added blocking dep to Tk-TableMatrix to block MakeMaker 6.15. I'm not sure
in what version the Tk patches to the Makefile became incompatible with MakeMaker,
so that version number may need adjusting.

It wouldn't compie for me either, failing because it didn't have a makefile. I had dev-perl/ExtUtils-MakeMaker-6.20 installed, but I got Tk-TableMatrix to compile by removing (emerge -C) ExtUtils-MakeMaker, then emerging Tk-TableMatrix. Then I re-emerged MakeMaker. So i think the problem isn't specific to version 6.15
