media-plugins/mythweather-0.21_p20069 cannot be installed due to it attempting to install 2 different versions of the same slot for virtual/perl-Module-Build

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mythweather

3.

Actual Results:  
attempts to install 2 different versions of same slot for a dependency

Expected Results:  
correctly install
