Hi Chris. Thanks for the ebuild. I'd like to add this to portage. We have
a problem with some of our tools though that won't take a header unless its
the standard 3 line header. 

So we can either leave the headers as they are and wait till the tools get
fixed and commit it then, or put the standard header in and put your name
back in the copyright line when the tools are fixed. Please let me know.

Please insert the standard headers for the time being so this can get into
portage asap.
