Searching for gnomemm from the welcome page yields "Zarro Boogs found". 
Searching using the Query page yields 15 bugs. 
 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://bugs.gentoo.org 
2. Enter "gnomemm" in the search field 
3. Click show 
Actual Results:  
Zarro Boogs found. 

Expected Results:  
The 15 bugs that the query page returns 

Browser is Konqueror 3.1.3 (KDE 3.1.3) 
 
Until I realised this problem, I would do a search from the home page to see 
if a bug already existed before posting. Luckily I've been fortunate enough to 
not post a duplicate. Many duplicates could be caused because of this, though.

It's there, people just need to add an ALL to the begining, I updated the
homepage to give an example
