The Bug Reporting Guide uses images to explain the use of Bugzilla, and thus it is useless when using lynx, for example. Thus, the bug report page is hard to use for people installing gentoo for the first time. They have to restart the computer (or use another computer) in order to be able to view or submit bugs, since a graphical browser is almost mandatory.
