Currently, 2.1.2 is suggested by upstream: http://ieee1394.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/Juju_Migration . Gentoo has only 2.1.0. Thank you.

Put 2.1.2 in the tree.  Did not yet have the opportunity to test it (I'm not toying with firewire cameras as frequently as I used to).  Please report back on your own results, even if trivial.
