emerge  ktexmaker2 must first emerge an old KDE-Lib.
When starting ktexmaker the scrollbar is flickering that one can't press a
single button.

Ktexmaker is now developed as Kyle. For Newbies, the name ktexmaker would be
more often associated with LaTex, so that they download the old version instead.

Since gentoo 1.4 has Kde 3.2 I would recommend that the Ktexmaker2 Package which
seems not to work with the ebuild KDE of the Live CD, should be moved out of
Portage. Since the Scrollbar doesn't work nobody can use it anyway.
