In the current portage the ebuild for kid3-1.0 (for KDE3) is missing, kid3-1.2-r2 is avaible but masked and would imply switching to KDE4. If kid3 is installed on the local system and world is updated, revdep-rebuild will fail in the following due to broken dependencies and the missing ebuild.
Thus, please keep the ebuild for kid3-1.0 (a well working release, at least for my purposes) in portage until KDE3 is wiped from it completely.

Steps to Reproduce:
On a KDE3 system:
1. emerge --sync
2. equery l -p kid3
3. emerge -Dup
4. revdep-rebuild -p

Addendum: The missing dependency is libmp4v2.so.0, replaced by media-libs/libmp4v2-1.9.1 -> libmp4v2.so.1. I think I'll try masking >=libmp4v2-1.9 and see if the problem is temporarily solved, but I don't like this solution.
