There's no reason to have two different fortune-mod packages here, one for quotes from the Discworld and and the other for quotes from the Prattchet Quote File (which are primarily quotes from the Discworld). I'm pretty sure they are actually different files that get placed in /usr/share/fortune, but it's probably better to have one package that installs both files.
