Description Kevin Lacquement 2003-09-08 09:25:16 UTC
When trying to emerge -uD world, I get a corrupt file error on kde-base/arts-1.1.3

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -uD world

Actual Results:
Calculating world dependencies ...done!
>>> emerge (1 of 12) kde-base/arts-1.1.3 to /
!!! File is corrupt or incomplete. (Digests do not match)
>>> our recorded digest: f04eb6ef387d63741561ab6623696322
>>>  your file's digest: 94304a86f1c89badd4fea5f1540da564
!!! File does not exist: /usr/portage/distfiles//arts-1.1.3.tar.bz2

Expected Results:
Update of world

I tried syncing and removing the distfile, but this did not help. Emerge info get:

Where are you getting the file from? It matched my md5sum locally.

It looks like it's cleared itself up now. I was getting it from a Gentoo mirror (not sure which), but now the mirrors gave me 404's and I got it directly from kde.org.

Whatever the reason, it works now. Thanks.
