ffmpeg-0.5-r1 fails to read/parse some mov files.

This issue was reported in this thread:
  http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/ffmpeg-user/2009-June/020948.html
... and it's been fixed in upstream svn r19084.

I will add the patch after posting this bug.  It's a small fix, and has fixed the videos I have that do not parse.

Patch to fix parsing of mov's and mp4's.

Not going to include the patch to the ebuild itself -- just add an epatch to a src_unpack.
