when trying to view the printable format on any docs, the 
authors/editors/reviewers list should be shorten, or align on the side with 
the doc. Just like the normal doc. For the current layout, it takes almost a 
page to list/print. this is the part where I think is printer unfriendly.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put the list on the side instead of a long list at the beginning
2. or.. change the layout of the author/editor/reviewer list

Diff to the guide-print.xsl that will strip the author's list to one long,
comma separated line.  Further it includes the abstract right under the topic.

then commit.

Committed; printable docs now use less space to list the authors/editors/translators/...
