This is an ebuild for the GNU VCDimager ( http://www.vcdimager.org/ ) - I 
haven't included any dependencies, as the GNOME frontend isn't stable/usable in 
this version.

ebuild for vcdimager 0.7.12

This is from the VCDImager unstable branch.  Many burning utilities (arson) use
it rather than the earlier, sta[ble/gnant] branch because it includes an
xml-based frontend to the utilities.

I've utilized the xml2 use variable rather than xml in order to preserve
consistency.
