Hello,

I can't post to or subscribe to old bugs, it complains about:

You tried to change the OS field from other to Other , but only the assignee or reporter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered user may change that field.

Obvious, 'other' and 'Other' are logically the same, but due to this Uppercase upgrade in bugzilla users are unable to use it normally.

Just fix old bugs or remove case check.
