udev-145 installs docs in two directories including two copies of the html file:

/usr/share/doc/udev-145/ChangeLog.bz2
/usr/share/doc/udev-145/README.bz2
/usr/share/doc/udev-145/TODO.bz2
/usr/share/doc/udev-145/html/writing_udev_rules.html
/usr/share/doc/udev/README.keymap.txt
/usr/share/doc/udev/writing_udev_rules/index.html
/usr/share/doc/html/sys-fs/udev

adding --docdir=/usr/share/doc/${PF} to econf gives:

/usr/share/doc/udev-145/ChangeLog.bz2
/usr/share/doc/udev-145/README.bz2
/usr/share/doc/udev-145/TODO.bz2
/usr/share/doc/udev-145/html/writing_udev_rules.html
/usr/share/doc/udev-145/README.keymap.txt
/usr/share/doc/udev-145/writing_udev_rules/index.html

just one directory but the dohtml comes later after the make install, so still two html files

fixed in udev-145.
