It was assigned to "maintainer-needed" which means it has no maintainer but it's in Portage. Now that it's getting removed, I've assigned it to "maintainer-wanted" which means it's a new package and it can be added to Portage. Sorry but the fact is that there is nobody to take care of it in Gentoo right now, so we have to remove it.

I've added 2009_p3 from bug 277824 to tree, so closing.
