Rebuild dev-python/PyQt4 and dev-python/qscintilla-python.
(In reply to comment #3) I was on the weekend trip( but all the time I thought about the error). sno35 posted the interesting solution with turn off "example" use flag and recompile the PyQt4, qscintilla-python and eric packages. Look here: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-5926671.html#5926671 Davide, is the set off of "example" flag really necessary or would be enough only recompile of these packages ?
The examples USE flag shouldn't matter at all. Leave it enabled if you need it.

Solution was so simple, only a recompilation of packages dev-python/PyQt4 and dev-python/qscintilla-python. These packages are the first dependency level of eric. I learnt something. Davide thanks.
