Description Anders Kreinøe 2009-08-05 06:00:41 UTC
I have www-apps/gallery-2.3 installed with the vhosts use flag. When i try to emerge ampache i get the following error:

Detected file collision(s):
 *
 *      /index.php
 *      /postinst-en.txt
 *      /installed_by_webapp_eclass
 *
 * Searching all installed packages for file collisions...
 *
 * Press Ctrl-C to Stop
 *
 * www-apps/gallery-2.3
 *      /index.php
 *      /installed_by_webapp_eclass
 *      /postinst-en.txt

'equery files package' shows these files for both packages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge www-apps/gallery-2.3
2.emerge www-apps/ampache-3.4.3

Actual Results:
Emerge of ampache fails with a file collision.

Expected Results:
emerge of ampache should succed, and should be able to deploy with webapp-config

The problem is the same for ampache-3.4.4

This bug is old. I've taken over maintainership of ampache. Please re-open if issue still exists in 3.8.1
