app-emacs/gentoo-syntax-1.12 requires 50gentoo-syntax-gentoo.el in ${FILESDIR}, but the file is not in the prefix overlay.

gentoo-syntax-1.11 uses 51gentoo-syntax-gentoo.el, the file exists.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =app-emacs/gentoo-syntax=1.12

Actual Results:  
failure on missing file

Expected Results:  
successful merge
