mgetty ebuild (mgetty-1.1.30.ebuild) does not install a callback binary, 
although it has been compiled and is there...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge mgetty
2. find / -name callback


Actual Results:  
callback is not installed

Expected Results:  
callback is installed

ebuild version 1.1.28 has the same problem
