Bug 279817 – version bump request for sci-libs/netcdf to 4.0.1

I tried to bump it but it some problems with the hdf5 support.
What it needs is
|| ( >=sci-libs/hdf5-1.8.2[zlib] >=sci-libs/hdf5-1.8.2[szip] )
But I get this config error in slidely different varriants.

version bump

* debug option was no longer valid, thus removed
* new netcdf-4 API depends on HDF5
* cannot coexist with sci-libs/hdf4[-netcdf]

Thanks much for the ebuild and patches.
We'll need to wait for alpha and i64 to keyword
hdf5 before this can go into portage.

HDF5-1.8.4-r1 has been keyworded on all arches
