=ntpclient-2007.365 ebuild installs only pure program binary. It should install some basic docs too, namely README, HOWTO and rate*.awk scripts.

Probably want that to be a useflag, add docs to the IUSE, and then do that action based on if the flag is turned on or off. I'm willing to write a patch for this if you need, just say the word.

No we don't need a USE flag for it. people wanting to omit docs have two methods they can use. INSTALL_MASK=/usr/share/doc/*foo* or FEATURES='nodoc'

This is fixed in.
