sys-kernel/genkernel-1.5 installs a file

 /etc/kernels/README

As this is documentation it should not be there and is redundant anway as also a
file

 /usr/share/doc/genkernel-1.5/README.gz

is installed which contains the same information.

genkernel 1.7 will be fully FHSified; working on this now on cvs so closing this bug.
