This ebuild builds the kernel module and provides an init script to automagically switch the thing on. It also prints out some unnecessarily witty warnings about how to make it all work. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. try to use your synaptics touchpad 2. it doesnt work 3. scratch head and curse for weeks, pointlessly manipulating .fdi policy file 4. discover that you need kernel driver 5. discover that no ebuild exists for kernel driver Actual Results: Much time is wasted Expected Results: Time is saved by useful ebuild.
