I hope this helps because I couldn't track the problem down any further. So I don't know what else to tell might be helpfull.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a AMD64 gentoo installed
2. put 'media-video/ogmrip ~amd64' in '/etc/portage/package.keywords'
3. 'emerge media-video/ogmrip'

here is what 'emerge --info' says:

Comment 2 Samuli Suominen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-07-21 20:35:58 UTC
Fixed with 0.13.0
Comment 3 Mike 2009-10-06 16:46:48 UTC
shrip tries to install ogmrip-0.12.3 instead of 0.13.0. You may want to update shrip ebuild also.
Comment 4 Mike 2009-10-06 17:27:14 UTC
cannot compile shrip-0.50 with 0.13.0. Is there a fix for this that can be backported to 0.12.3?
