Because of lack of recources (hardware and administrative), the Estonian mirror ftp.linux.ee has stopped mirroring Gentoo. Please remove that mirror from your list.

Dropped this mirror from whitelist and DNS, and CNAMEd rsync.ee.g.o to rsync.europe.g.o. Thank you for supporting Gentoo, Veiko.
