apache-2.2.11-r2 fails because it can't find its patch file.
"{ln -s | mv} apache-2.2.11-prefix.patch apache-2.2.11-r2-prefix.patch" in ${EPREFIX}/usr/portage/www-servers/apache/files fixes this.
