the heartbeat install process installs the following directories below the with
econf supplied --localstatedir :
lib/heartbeat/api/
lib/heartbeat/ccm/
lib/heartbeat/
lib/heartbeat/casual/
but the ebuild forgets to keep them, because they are emty.
they are essential to heartbeat, heartbeat can not start without them!


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
emerge heartbeat-1.0.3.ebuild; epm -ql heartbeat
there is no (--localstatedir)/lib/heartbeat/*



Expected Results:  
ebuild should execute keepdir on all the directories created by the heartbeat
install process bellow (--localstatedir)/lib/heartbeat
