Here is a new ebuild. The patch in files/biopython-1.49-flex.patch still applies so copy it over under new filename. Tested on x86.

Please attach unified diffs (diff -u) when you did changes to an ebuild. That would be much more handy for our devs.

I tested just some Bio.Entrez.esearch() and it works. Just push it for more testing into main tree. Thanks!

biopython-1.52 just went out today. ;-)
