As title, plus made the ebuild install hlstats into ${HTTPD_ROOT}/${PN} instead of just ${HTTPD_ROOT}. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

Hi Ian, I'd rather this was ported to the new webapp.eclass that I'm working on. Sorry. Stu
the point was to make the package use an eclass ... who cares what eclass specifically
C'mon, that's troll-bait ;-) The webapp.eclass is under development, and will be in Portage soon for review and revision. I can spend my volunteer time implementing GLEP #11, or I can spend it maintaining the status quo. I don't have time to do both. By all means, re-open the bug if you're going to make the time to commit the patch yourself. Until then, I'm closing the bug.
so then dont say 'i am never going to do it'
say 'i will do it LATER'

Hi, Sorry for the delay in replying. We've been very busy putting a new framework in place for ebuilds for web-based applications. This has now been added to Portage. We need you to update your ebuild to use the new framework before we can accept your ebuild. Please emerge net-www/webapp-config (make sure you get version 1.2 or later), and update your ebuild to work with this new tool. You can use 'man 5 webapp.eclass', 'man 5 webapp-config' and 'man 8 webapp-config' to learn more about how your ebuild needs to work. You can find an example ebuild, for phpmyadmin, in /usr/share/doc/webapp-config-1.2/ If you encounter any difficulties with the new framework (and we apologise, but there are sure to be a few at first), please let us know and we'll do our best to help you. Best regards, Stu
This is your package, games herd, so it's up to you to get it fixed. Right now, because it installs into /home/httpd/, it's a completely broken ebuild. Best regards, Stu
fixed with 1.20-r1
