Description Justin Lecher (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-07-15 19:48:10 UTC
!!! Previously fetched file: 'cns_solve_1.21_all-mp.tar.gz'
!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
!!! Got:      32748040
!!! Expected: 32758988
Refetching... File renamed to '/usr/portage/distfiles/cns_solve_1.21_all-mp.tar.gz._checksum_failure_.1HOKl4'

!!! sci-chemistry/cns-1.2.1 has fetch restriction turned on.
!!! This probably means that this ebuild's files must be downloaded
!!! manually. See the comments in the ebuild for more information.

 * Fill out the form at http://cns.csb.yale.edu/cns_request/
 * and place these files:
 * cns_solve_1.21_all-mp.tar.gz
 * in /usr/portage/distfiles.

And the tarball for the non-openmp version isn't available anymore.

But this all is fixed in the ebuild in sci overlay
