The computer hangs when it's booting the kernel 2.4.22 with the ck patch. I emerged from the portage's ebuild. The last thing it says is: adding swap (....) priority -1 But when I remove vga=0x317 from grub.conf it doesn't hangs when it's booting, it hangs when I'm normally using the pc... :P (Sorry for my english) This thing happend with 2.4.21 ck-sources too... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Emerge ck-sources-2.4.22-r1.ebuild 2. Compile the kernel 3. Boot the kernel Actual Results: The pc hangs when it's booting... As this isn't a gentoo kernel and not an ebuild bug [as far as we know] we can't do much: please file a bug with Con Kolivas, but if things work OK if you use a manually patched ck-sources, please reopen this bug so we can fix the ebuild.
