Bug 27787 – request for adding vcp (visual copy) to the portage tree

it's just nice to have this, while working on the console. this is (simply put)
a cp with a wget or scp like bar that shows whats left to copy. it exists in debian.

added as app-misc/vcp ... i added a filter-flag thing for LFS but other than that looks good :)

It seem the Manifest wasn't added to the portage tree. Should I attach one here? Also thanks for the fast inclusion to the portage tree.

i dont add manifests manually ... i run a script every few days to auto create
them so that the tree is correct
