As stated on plugins website, versions older than 0.6.3 does not work with the xoap.weather.com anymore. Please try to stabilize >=xfce-extra/xfce4-weather-0.6.3 as version 0.6.2 is now useless.

Yes this is a fast stabilization but it is needed.
