Attached is an updated ebuild for dev-libs/botan version 1.8.3 A somewhat major change in this version is a new configuration program written in Python instead of Perl. This ebuild is based on the 1.8.2 ebuild currently in portage but with changes for the python script. Modules that were explicitly disabled in that ebuild remain disabled here. Tested on an amd64 2008.0 machine. Botan 1.8.3 has a brown paper bag bug that affects all platforms; botan 1.8.4 was released this morning to fix it. The attached ebuild can be used for 1.8.4 as well (and 1.8.3 should not be distributed as it is definitively broken). Thanks.
