See, it says "exiting unsuccessfully with status '1'", which means that it correctly reported the failure. You should try installing it again, to see if the segfault occurs again in the same place. If not, it's probably a hardware issue that triggered it.

There is no postinst in libvorbis.. looks like some random hardware failure
If your emerge doesn't fail again in exactly the same way, it's time for a memtest... intermittent segfault is a big sign of hardware instability
