The patch will also stop installation if an already installed version is
detected (by looking for the dir). This is to stop things getting messy.

Ian, this patch has reopened a bug (<A HREF="http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20642">20642</A>)
in this ebuild, which was filed and resolved. Can find the cause and my arguments
against DocumentRoot buildtime guessing in <A HREF="http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30607">webapp.eclass
discussion</A> (which I confused with webapp-apache.eclass).

Thanks for the notice. Hopefuly once the new webapp.eclass is ready and the
ebuilds have been ported, the chance for bugs like this will be reduced.
