Current version in the tree is really old; it's not even listed on the homepage anymore. The latest version has some bug fixes for accessing changing stuff on xoap.weather.com -- the new version now works with the my local station feeds. As the old plugin ebuild is setup for 4.4, there are just a couple of minor changes to make to the ebuild for 4.6. Attached is the patch. Version 0.6.4 runs just fine on my AMD64 desktop. The new icons and config options are nice, too. :)
