Updating to media-libs/libdvbpsi-0.1.6 solved the problem. I therefore recommend to add libdvbpsi-0.1.6 to the dependencies for at least the amd64 platform. As libdvbpsi-0.1.6 is marked unstable yet (~amd64), it might also be marked stable now. I have no experience if the problem also occurs on x86. Maybe someone can confirm this.
