Description Allen Brooker (AllenJB) 2009-07-07 06:52:25 UTC
It would be helpful to users if the x86 minimal cd iso's were named to indicate the exact architecture they support. ie. replace the "x86" with "i486" / "i586" / "i686" as appropriate.
Comment 1 Andrew Gaffney (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-07-07 12:52:39 UTC
The installcd supports >i486. If we change the name from x86 to i486, we'll get people asking where the i686 installcd is.

Err, that's >=i486
