Clearly indicate dnsmasq_resolv *and* dnsmasq_conf must be set for openresolv to work with dnsmasq.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
None involved
Actual Results:  
Documentation unclear about dnsmasq_conf being required.


While setting up openresolv to work with dnsmasq I was puzzled why /etc/dnsmasq-resolv.conf was not updated when my DNS changed. Since I didn't have any additional configuration for dnsmasq, I didn't bother adding dnsmasq_conf in /etc/resolvconf.conf. Now I know it's required, even if it points to an empty file.

It should be explained in the man pages.

It is documented on upstream's website. Otherwise, please contact upstream for additional suggestions and improve openreolv. Thanks
