Description Romain Perier (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-07-04 13:59:18 UTC
Hi arch teams,

gftp-2.0.19 crashed for me :
- gftpui_run_chdir function was called with directory=0x0
- then gftp_expand_path was called with src=0x0
- in the first lines of this function, there was : str = g_strdup(src).
--> which returns NULL if its argument is NULL
- then str was unreferenced , which causes the segfault.

You'll find in attachment the full backtrace, and the patch applied from gftp-2.0.19-r1.ebuild which solves the problem, please stabilize it.

Regards,
Romain.
