Which libwww-perl do you have installed?
Please run `make test TEST_VERBOSE=1`?

ok 1 - use HTTP::Server::Simple::Mason;
ok 2 - Constructor set port correctly
HTTP::Server::Simple: You can connect to your server at http://localhost:13432/
ok 3 - pid is numeric
ok 4 - Returns an empty page
ok 5 - Signaled 1 process successfully

dev-perl/libwww-perl-5.828

For the verbose test I've got to wait I'm afraid, since the package merged fine despite test failures, I don't have the workdir at hand :(

I can confirm the test failure with 5.828.
